Responsibilities

• Experience in Event organizing

• Able to draft and edit press release and invitation to a high standard;Strong connection with reporters

• In charge of direct marketing and social media promotion e.g. Facebook fans page promotion
• Support the team with project and sales team coordination as well as manage reporting to Director
• Scheduling, Resource allocations, Project budgeting and tasks tracking
• Prepare material for SERI events including Email marketing and Media Communication

Requirements:

• University degree or above
• 5 year or more experience in Event planning, Marketing or Communications related role
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese,
• Skills in English typing and Chinese word processing
• Proficient in MS Office applications (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Self-motivated and work well as a team member. Must be able to provide clear direction and coaching to team
• Confident personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Immediate availability preferred
