Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting function such as cheque payment, voucher, ledger etc.
• Perform data entry to accounting database and filing
• Credit and payment control
• Prepare month-end closing, bank reconciliation, financial reports and annual audit
• Manage Hong Kong/China cash flow, account consolidation
• Handle shipping, logistics and monthly inventory audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 3 years solid experience in accounting field, preferably MYOB System.
• Computer literate, well-versed in MS office
• Good communication, detailed-minded, independent and willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese, and Simple Putonghua
