Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading a small team and managing full spectrum of administration and HR functions including recruitment, payroll calculation, staff relations, performance management and office administration
• Oversee office administration duties including cinema and office supply ordering, equipment management, filing system maintenance and payment administration
• Develop, execute and evaluate full range of recruitment strategies
• Prepare and analyze HR reposts for senior management review
• Review and formulate administration and HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate staff engagement activities and projects
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years solid, well-rounded working experience in administration and human resources, of which 2 years at managerial level
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Strong supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
• A good team player and grow with the company
• Mature, organized, strong numeric sense and good problem-solving ability
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available or short notice preferred.
