Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a small team and managing full spectrum of administration and HR functions including recruitment, payroll calculation, staff relations, performance management and office administration
- Oversee office administration duties including cinema and office supply ordering, equipment management, filing system maintenance and payment administration
- Develop, execute and evaluate full range of recruitment strategies
- Prepare and analyze HR reposts for senior management review
- Review and formulate administration and HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate staff engagement activities and projects
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years solid, well-rounded working experience in administration and human resources, of which 2 years at managerial level
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulations
- Strong supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player and grow with the company
- Mature, organized, strong numeric sense and good problem-solving ability
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available or short notice preferred.
