Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for data entry of accounting system and general clerical duties
• Handle full set of accounts independently and manage daily administrative and accounting operations including data entry and book-keeping, vouchers filing etc.
• Prepare monthly financial / accounting reports with Month-end closing schedule
• Provide administration support to the department
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the Manager

Job Qualification / Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or above with recognized accounting professional qualifications such as ACCA or equivalent
• 2 years experience of bookkeeping and accounting
• Solid written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English
• Able to work under pressure, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications & Chinese Processing
• Knowledge of SAP system is preferable
• Independent, well organized and detailed-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated.
