Job Responsibility:

• Genera administration support to sales team
• Secretarial support to Sales Manager
• Data Entry and maintenance & update of the sales report
• Handle customer’s enquires, prepare invoices and delivery note
• Coordinate with customers for delivery and logistic arrangement to local and overseas market
  
  

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Administration field is preferred.
• Good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Chinese & English Word Processing
• Strong initiative, multi-tasking capability, positive attitude towards problem solving
• Self-motivated and independent
• Working experience in IT & AV product would be an advantage
• Strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve sales target
