Working with an international team and client base, the Consultant will begin with helping our clients source, attract, and engage the best talent with our Managed Services team, while working towards becoming a Principal Trainer/Consultant.

 Working under the guidance of a senior partner, you will: 

• Generate new relationships with perspective clients using both direct and on-line channels (B2B Sales)
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders to work on strategic projects and Training initiatives.
• Provide end to end recruitment and hiring process management.
• Work with RPO Global Project teams to identify and advise on client recruitment strategy needs.
• Source & screen candidates while managing external stakeholders.
• Advise on compensation packages and oversee on-boarding procedures.

• The desire to work in business development and sales environments
• Independent, pro-active individual with strong sense of responsibility for your work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and senior stakeholders in all environments.
