Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling and processing day-to-day data entry activities for members such as missing mileage claims, membership enrolment/profile update in English, Chinese (Simplified / Traditional), group nomination and all types of membership administration tasks which require data capture function
• Handle Clients / Partners / Outport enquiries related to enrolment, Air or Non-Air retros via email/phone/fax channels
• Follow up with Clients / Partners for queries or complex cases investigation
• Support all administrative tasks for Membership Administration Team
• Handle email / simple letter & fax for membership administration related activities
• Compile user requirements for system enhancements and participate in UAT support if needed
• Recommend solutions for continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum F.7/ DSE graduate or above
• At least 3 years in Airline/Travel industry 
• At least 2 years’s data entry experiences.  Having experience on address format is advantageous 
• System knowledge with Qikres, Cudos and Airlines are preferable
• Having strong computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and with good typing skills of English 50 w.p.m. 
• Knowing Chinese word processing is advantage
• High typing quality with 95-99% accuracy
• Capable of communicating (written and verbal) effectively in both English and Chinese
