Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Adapt the training tools to support the training needs based on the training guidelines.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Develop course evaluation & performance measurement to ensure training effectiveness.
  • Train and manage staffs to provide the best customers experience, in order to align with corporate identity, upgrade service quality, enhance brand image and meet market demands.

 

Requirements

  • University graduate.
  • Well-organized, details-oriented and good team-player.
  • Good command in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Customer Orientated & Good Communications Skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Training Experience.
  • Immediately is highly preferred.
