Job Responsibilities:

• Provide all-round HR functions include recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations
• Lead, manage and supervise the HR teams in Hong Kong, PRC and Germany
• Establish tactical HR process control systems and manage KPIs project
• Review and integrate existing HR policies and practices as well as implementing new initiatives
• Develop and enhance all HR policies and procedures
• Assist in integration and migration of company’s newly acquired entities
• Handle in various projects and ad hoc assignments
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
• At least 10 years of human resources experience, ideally gained with established MNCs
• Well versed with Hong Kong and China Employment Ordinances, exposure to Germany regulations an advantage
• Be flexible and adaptable to different management style and working culture
• Good problem-solving and organization skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
