My Client a leading relocation services provider is seeking to appoint a Project Manager in their Hong Kong office. The Project Manager will be focused on managing the Company’s process migration project.

Productivity & Quality Improvement

• Establish and deploy projects, processes and systems to improve quality and increase productivity.
• Develop and implement metrics and appropriate reporting/dashboard to monitor daily operating performance and KPI performance 

Process Migration

• Develop detailed project plans, define project tasks and identify resource requirements
• Mitigate business and operational risk during transition and proactively manage mitigation plans
• Responsible for creation and/ or maintenance of project management documents
• Optimization of transition methodology to reduce time, cost, risk and to retain/improve quality 

Support Daily Operation and Problem Solving

• Cooperate with Team Lead to perform root-cause analysis, plan and lead deployment of corrective plans. 
• Review and update operational procedures to mitigate risk. 
• Lead client implementations and internal projects
• Become the product and practice expert on all aspects of on-boarding the client
• Work closely with internal stakeholders ensuring project deadlines are met.

Job and Experience requirements:

• Minimum 5 years prior experience in managing complex, large scale projects in a multi-culture, global entity
• Minimum 3 years prior experience in relocation industry

Knowledge and skills

• Strong systems skills – past experience with using complex systems e.g. SAP or in-house system for a large corporate.
• Strong Excel skills for running reports, manipulating data.
