IT Administration Assistant

Our client, a top tier law firm in Hong Kong, is now looking for an IT Administration Assistant to join their HK office.  Excellent career prospect and very competitive salary package is on offer.

Job Duties:

• Provide administrative support for the IT department.
• Responsible for purchasing functions including quotations, place orders and order tracking.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Perform general administration and secretarial duties including office supplies order, arrange flight ticket and hotel bookings, submit and reconcile expense reports etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in any disciplines.
• 2-3 years of working experience, candidates with purchasing and vendor management are highly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge in MS office: MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, interpersonal & problem solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, multi-tasking and good time management.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
