• 香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績(包括中文及英文)，或中學會考五科合格(包括中文及英文(課程乙))或具同等學歷
• 熟悉中英文電腦文書處理及活動統籌
• 具二年或以上長者服務經驗者優先

  職責：

• 負責協助統籌及推行「社區電子健康管理服務計劃」各項工作，包括宣傳、招募、籌備活動、聯絡義工和監察各項工作進度，並支援相關行政、文書及財務管理工作。
• 此職位屬「項目為本」(project based)性質。
