Job Description
Ellermann Interiors is an international design and styling company based in Hong Kong.
The sister company to Ellermann Flower Boutique & Event Atelier, Ellermann Interiors focuses on interior styling and design for luxury hotels and properties in South-East Asia.
We are currently looking for an Administrator to assist with sourcing, bookkeeping and general administration.
Daily Tasks:
- Assist creative director and project executive with daily tasks.
- Following up with suppliers for sourcing, pricing and delivery of samples.
- Basic bookkeeping; petty cash management.
- Making travel arrangements within south-east asia.
- General administration.
Experience & Attributes required:
- Entry level to 1 year experience required.
- Must speak Mandarin and Cantonese with good level of English.
- Must be able to read and write in Chinese.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, excel a bonus.
- Hardworking, friendly and flexible.
Location: Wong Chuk Hang studio.
