Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide office administration services, such as office supplies ordering, office equipment, repair and maintenance
- Assist reception works when the receptionist is on leave
- Perform ad hoc reports / projects as assigned
- Supervise the receptionist and an amah
Requirement
- Form 5 graduate, with accounting training preferred
- Minimum 3 years working experience in clerical and office administration
- Self motivated, highly organized, diligent, mature, presentable, sense of responsibility and work independently.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and preserve integrity of sensitive information.
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in Ms Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
