Responsibilities:

• Responsible and familiar with front desk duties including check in/out, reservations, registration, cashier, handling customer enquiries and complaints and records keeping.
• To follow up with the job assignment and ensure hotel revenue is properly recorded.
• To provide one-stop comprehensive and high quality guest services for visitors.
• Assist all front desk operation such as handing incoming phone calls and inquiry.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Hospitality, Travel or Tourism Management or related disciplines.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• PC knowledge preferable.
• Shift duty including overnight is required.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Service Officer or Guest Service Supervisor.

Working location: Sheung Wan
