Responsibilities:

• Organising and streamlining customer database for targeted mass marketing
• Preparing and executing marketing blasts for ensuring constant supply of information to customers
• Contacting customers to arrange meetings for the Sales Manager
• Assisting in the review of CRM Systems for suitability
• Preparing quotations and co-ordinate with China office throughout sales follow-up procedure.
• Working with a number of functions and individuals in the company including: Senior Management, Sales & Marketing, Branding & Design and Merchandising.
• Shadowing and assisting with customer meetings when required
• Traveling to international Toy Fairs when required

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Microsoft Office applications particularly Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin are essential. Fluent Cantonese or other language is beneficial but not essential
