Our client, a regional banking group, is looking for Relationship Manager Team Leader for their expanding business needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the sales activities of branch sales team
• Provide coaching to equip relationship managers with customer acquisition and service skills
• Manage sales and customer service quality by reviewing sales cycle
• Ensure the compliance of sales activities with internal guidelines and external regulations

Requirements

• Degree holder in business-related disciplines
• At least 5 years of solid experience of branch sales on both double i products
• Leadership experience is a definite advantage
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Cantonese

Remuneration

• Basic plus bonus
