Responsibilities:

• Perform server installation, configuration, administration and maintenance
• Perform server setting enhancement to cope with application change
• Prepare server related documentation, such as installation procedure, training guide, testing report and so on
• Perform problem diagnostic by using advance troubleshooting skills
• Perform new software and hardware evaluation

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Studies, Science or related disciplines
• Qualifications of MCP, MCSE with knowledge in IBM AIX or mainframe are preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT related technical support
• Good In depth knowledge in:

1. Windows server 2008/2012/Windows 7;
2. MS Active Directory;
3. CA Nimsoft, eHealth or HPSIM;
4. LAN and WAN network management;

• Solid experience in IT software and hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
