The Corporate Sustainability function manages the Bank’s community investment programmes, environmental performance, staff volunteer activities and corporate sustainability reporting. We work closely with our community partners to develop, launch and execute corporate responsibility programmes that help enhance social and environmental well-being. 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Helper (1-year contract). 

Principal responsibilities 

• Assist in the co-ordination and execution of corporate responsibility programmes
• Administrative support for the department
• Organise staff volunteer activities and assist in database management 

Requirements 

• University degree in Communications or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in office administration, events management and public relations is preferred
• Good written and verbal communications skills both in English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills and experience in project management
• Meticulous, able to work independently and multi-tasking
• Has a passion for sustainability
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
