Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial and accounting controls for the parent company and its subsidiaries 
• Manage the financial and management account reporting function of the Group
• Ensure accounting functions compliance with internal controls and external accounting standards, and law & regulations
• Prepare and coordinate the preparation of interim & annual consolidated annual reports and financial statements
• Implement cost control policies & procedures, ensure the internal control systems comply with Group policies
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidation, forecast and cost analysis
• Responsible for yearly budgeting
• Involve in cash management
• Liaise with local & overseas bankers for banking facilities
• Liaise with auditors on audit matters and ensured compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements 
• Handle tax planning, manage & balance regional taxes, and ensure in compliance of taxes regulations
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance; qualified accountant
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in financial services / asset management / investment companies / PRC corporation of which at least 5 years at managerial level
• Experience in handling financial and management reporting function to head office under a multinational group environment
• Experience in China accounting is preferred
• Good financial control experience, understands and able to streamline work processes to enhance operation efficiency
• Strong technical knowledge and good understanding on consolidation, acquisition and disposal transactions and business combination
• Good spreadsheet, financial modelling and consolidation skills
• Well acquainted with Hong Kong & PRC accounting standards, taxation regulations and Hong Kong listing rule
• Hands-on, mature, credible and meticulous, demonstrating a proactive approach, and able to work under pressure
• Able to lead and inspire a team of finance professionals
• Strong spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a must
• Occasional travel to PRC will be required
• Immediately available is preferred
