The Job:

• Design & execute business strategies and explore business opportunities for Wealth Management business
• Provide effective marketing solutions and underwriting support to the Team
• Work closely with internal departments and Financial Advisors to cross sell and upsell General Insurance and Employee Benefits products
• Provide pre-sale support for individual and Company's business
• Act as key contact point to brokers and handle brokers & customers enquiries/issues
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with professional qualifications in GI (ACII or ANZIIF) and IIQE 1,2,3,4,5
• At least 5 years’ sales/brokerage or General Insurance work background preferred
• Underwriting skill in General Insurance and/or Employee Benefits products
• Knowledge of major compliance & regulatory issues in Hong Kong and to some extent in PRC market is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
