Job Description
Responsibilities
- Person in charge of the private bank hall
- Serve all walk-in client as well as handle incoming calls
- Perform daily administration works
Requirements
- 1-2 years working experience in customer service field
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Excellence service attitude & sound decision to handle service request promptly
- Immediately available will be an advantage
- Fresh graduate are welcome
