Job Description
Customer Service Executive (Banking/Insurance/Hotel/Airlines)
Salary: HK$10,000-20,000/mth
Responsibilities:
- To handle daily transaction, customers’ enquiries
- Handle and follow up client’s service requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Execute empowerment guidelines
- Provide advice to Customer Service Representatives (CSR) on handling customer enquiries
Requirements:
- HKCEE/ DSE/ Higher Diploma/ Degree Holder (Fresh Graduates are also Welcome)
- 1 year experience or above in CS industry and have good knowledge in Banking/Insurance products & service will be an advantage
- Proactive, customer oriented with good communication skills
- Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Candidates with more experience will consider as Senior Customer Service Executive
