Alphalex Capital Management (HK) Limited is an SFC licensed asset management company located in Central, Hong Kong. We manage hedge fund with long/short equity strategies in Asia. Most of the firm’s businesses are conducted through major investment banks.

We are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join our operations team as Operations Assistant. You will be working closely with the operations and investment teams to facilitate the smooth running of the firm.

Responsibilities:
- Liaising with brokers for trade booking, confirmation and settlement
- Assisting the middle office operations such as unmatched trade, reconciliation between brokers and our records
- Maintaining trade records, database and calculating P&L for the portfolios
- Facilitating and enhancing the IT development of the firm
- Maintaining the efficiency of the office and handling office general administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computing, Data, Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics or related disciplines
- Strong quantitative and IT skills
- Fresh graduate will also be considered (training is offered)
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must
- Self-motivated, energetic, with ability to work well under pressure
