Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in daily operations and facility management of a high-quality serviced apartment
• Maintain ad space and update social media marketing
• Co-ordinate with leasing team on tenancy related works/matters
• Handle and resolve special tenent requests

Requirements:

• Fluency in maintaining online social media page and basic computer skills is a must.
• Experience in property/facility management company or serviced apartments
• Strong communication and leadership skills, customer oriented and good problem solving techniques
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Open to recent grads with hardworking and creative enthics
