Our client is an international investment banking and securities business flagship of a reputable Chinese bank. Currently, they are looking for a new company secretarial officer to assist their growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Company Secretary to prepare press announcement, circulars, annual reports, interim and annual reports and relevant translation.
• Work closely with counterparts in Headquarters, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
• Organize board of directors meetings, committee and shareholders meetings.
• Register and maintain all legal and statutory documents.
• Provide professional compliance advice to the Senior Management.
• Engage in various ad-hoc projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• A bachelor’s degree or above
• HKICS/ICSA member preferred but not a must
• At least 4 years of relevant experiences in the company secretarial field of Chinese financial/investment institutions
• Good knowledge in Hong Kong listing rules and compliance regulations
• Strong team player with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
