Requirements:

The successful project manager will be responsible for the review, advisory and implementation of a large scale, Pan Asian project looking at the transition and change management of systems to an offshore COE.

You will have the following experience:

• Successful experience in offshoring both teams and projects
• Ability to communicate and report to senior management, steering committees and
• key stakeholders.
• Participated in large tactical change programme requirements
• Expertise in one or more Capital Markets business areas and/or asset classes.
• Project Management experience around managing and developing offshore
• resources for implementation rollout.

You will be prepared to work across multiple client’s site whilst collecting & reporting

requirements to key stakeholders on the ongoing project.

In addition to project delivery work, the role may include the following:

• Pre-sales consulting, proposal development and project estimations
• Mentoring and line management
• Technology consulting
• Business analysis and requirements gathering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or similar
• Prince 2 or comparable project management methodology experience

Skills:

• Client-facing consulting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• People management, motivational and leadership skills
