Our client, a pension company, is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team.

About the Job:

• Supervise the daily operations of staff as to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and service benchmarks
• Experienced with switching, contribution and termination
• Ensure accurate and proper member records are maintained in system by supervising and providing training to the subordinates in daily operations
• Handle customer enquiries and assist in preparing management reports
• Provide appropriate training to subordinates

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• Minimum 6 years' working experience in pension fund administration
• Knowledge in MPF / ORSO regulation
