Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the P&L and manage the product portfolio for beauty category
• Formulate the brand strategies and business plan to achieve business targets
• Drive marketing & sales promotion initiatives to achieve market penetration
• Work closely with internal business units and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of brand strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 7 years’ experience in Brand / Category management, trade marketing or key account management in Beauty / Cosmetics industries
• Strong analytical skill and business acumen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
