Responsibilities / 工作職責:

• General duties of Clinic Receptionist / 一般診所接待員工作
• Receiving incoming calls and handling telephone enquiries /  接聽電話及處理電話查詢
• Scheduling appointments, Greeting and receiving customers / 安排預約及接待客人
• Handling mails and express deliveries, faxes, etc., General clerical duties /  處理郵件，快遞及傳真, 一般文書工作
• Prepare surgery efficiently before each patient, and follow all sterilization and cross-infection control protocols  / 工具預備, 診所儀器消毒及清潔
• Ensure clinic and dental surgies are clean, tidy and hygienic /  確保診所及牙科手術房整潔及衛生
• Work in Tsz Wan Shan / 慈雲山
  
• Salary / 工資 $10,000 - $15,000 視乎相關經驗
  

Requirements / 工作申請要求:

• Self-motivate, customer oriented with positive attitude / 工作積極、能獨立處事、有禮及開朗。
• Good initiative and interpersonal communications skills / 具良好溝通能力
• 6 days work / 每週工作 6 天
• HKDSE / HKCEE or above with dental experience is a plus / 中學畢業, 有牙科經驗將優先考慮
• Candidate with no experience will also consider  無經驗亦可
• Immediate availability is preferable / 可即時上班將優先考慮
