To be qualified for the assignment, the candidate should possess the followings:

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related Disciplines
• Over 5 years of experience in Elevator & Escalator industry
• Competent in managing the sales force to generate new business and serve existing clients in relation to Elevator & Escalator business as well as performing the associated project management activities
• Able to deal with all levels of people of various organizations
• Good knowledge of the legal requirements and regulations of Elevator & Escalator business
• Mature, presentable, reliable and self-motivated with good communication, project management and interpersonal skills  
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Candidate with less experience may be considered as Sales and Project Management Executive.
