We are a leading PASSIVE FIRE PROTECTION contractor & materials supplier in Hong Kong with branch office in Mainland China. We are looking for high caliber people to fill up the following post in HONG KONG.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To help explore, ascertain, analyze and answer customers’ inquires concerning design, supply and installation of company products.

2. To prepare quotations, contracts and proposals to customers.

3. To visit site periodically.

 4. To liaise and co-ordinate with customers and sub-contractors on work details.

5. To liaise and co-ordinate with suppliers on material purchase and delivery.

6. To co-ordinate with internal staff of other departments.

7. To assist in job planning, cost estimation, progress control and reporting.

8. To help completing the engineering work in accordance with applicable job requirements, specifications, standards, codes and regulations.

9. To draft correspondence and program schedules individually.

10. To help promoting and marketing the company business.

11. To be responsible to act the role as assigned in the ISO Quality System.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Secondary school or University graduate in Building Services, Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline is preferred.

2. One year working experience or fresh graduates are welcomed.

3. Good command of Cantonese, English.

4. Honest, hardworking, outgoing.

5. Prepare to develop a long term career in a highly professional field.
