• A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building, Building Studies, Building Surveying, Building Technology and Management, Building Inspection and Maintenance; OR
• Passed the Final Part I Examination of the institute of Clerk-of-Works of Great Britain; OR
• Passed the Associate Examination of the Chartered Institute of Building or equivalent;
• 5 to 8 years’ or above post-qualification experience in building construction field;
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE.
• 6 days work per week on site.
• Applicant with less experience (2 year above) will be considered as Inspection Officer.
