Our client is a one of the leading real estate company in China, it is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following posit ion:  

 Responsibilities:

• Defines program requirements and establish design parameters based on client requirements
• Creating and develops overall design concepts, formulates design models and design presentation
• Monitor design process
• Cooperates with design team members during the implementation of design to ensure clarity and quality of concept is maintained through design level
• Coordinate client interaction and decision making related to design
• Provide technical advice
• Develop and maintain a team members core competencies so ensure team members are capable of meeting current and future challenges

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Design or relevant field
• At least 4 years hands-on experience in the design of master plan and detail design
• Experience in PRC Projects/ with design background in China is preferre
• Conceptual and creative design skills
• Knowledge of building systems and materials as well as construction site supervision
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Fair Mandarin
• Excellent familiar with AutoCAD, Modelling and Adobe Suite skills
• Self-discipline and confidence in a complex and international environment
• Stationed in Beijing
