You will work with internal and external parties to manage repair and maintenance works in shopping centres and carparks. You will plan and monitor the facility maintenance schedule and progress to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of all facility maintenance works.

To apply for this position, you should hold a degree in Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering or related discipline. You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience repair and maintenance field. You should be familiar with local regulations relating to project management. Good interpersonal skills and strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese is necessary.
