You will lead and supervise staff to take charge of operations of an assigned portfolio consisting of retail and carpark facilities. You will monitor daily operations including renovation, repair and maintenance, security and cleansing works, coordinate marketing and promotion events, maintain quality customer service, and carry out accounting and costing control. You will manage internal resources and work with service contractors to ensure smooth operations.

To apply for this position, you should hold a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services/Engineering/Estate Management or related discipline. You should be a member of CIH/HKIH/HKIS or holder of equivalent qualifications. You should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in management of retail properties with strong M&E knowledge and hands-on experience. You should be detailed oriented and possess strong leadership, with at least 8 years in managerial/supervisory roles. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing is required.
