Key Responsibility:

 -  Develop and implement sales and promotion strategies to achieve company’s sales and distribution objectives on assigned channels in Hong Kong.

-  Coordinate sales activities and build up good relationship with assigned key customers to achieve Sales & Market share.

-  Collaborate with marketing department to develop and execute trade promotion programs to maximize sales off-take.

-  Ensure full distribution rate and excellent merchandising display in every sales outlets. Make sure all trade / in-store promotion activities are well executed.

-  Analyze channel sales performance. Monitor competitors' activities and collect market information.

-  Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

- Explore new sales opportunities & develop new accords

Requirements

 -  University graduate in business or related discipline is preferable but not a must.

-  1-2 years sales/ key account/ trade marketing experience, exposure to FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry is preferable. Hands-on experience in dealing with chains stores / department stores is an advantage.

-  Detailed-minded, well organized, with good analytical and sensitive to numeric presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

-   Energetic, hardworking, responsible, aggressive, self-motivated with strong sense of commitment and responsibility. Able to work under high pressure to meet deadline and handle multi-tasks.

-    Eager to learn and strive for continuous.

-  Proficient in using MS office (Word, Excel & Power-point) & Chinese processing is a must.
