This global construction company in the Asia region due to expansion is seeking for a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager to expand their current and upcoming projects.

Based in Hong Kong, reporting to the Managing Director you will look after a portfolio of large scale commercial and residential projects mainly on the fit out sector. You will ensure that project deliverables and expectations from clients are met accordingly. You are expected to review design briefs and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant parties to ensure operational requirements and design specifications for the overall project works.

The selected candidate will possess a Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Building Surveying/Electrical/Building Services) or related discipline with over 10 years’ experience in A&A and Fit Out works in the local Hong Kong market. You must be Fluent in both English and Chinese and have strong Project Management skills.
