Responsibilities:

• To monitor Site quality of work progress and workmanship on site.
• To attend regular site meetings and organize work as per project manager's instruction.
• To co-ordinate with sub-contractors as per confirmed design information.
• Work closely with other project teams to ensure efficient and effective quality control
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 2-3 yrs experiences in fitting-out / retail projects.
• Conversant with interior fitting-out nature / surveying, A&A work and contractual documents are advantages.
• Have good knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out.
• Have ability to understand construction drawing.
• Good PC knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD. Adobe PS, AI. 3D
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and site management skills.
• Well-organized, hardworking, independent.
