Our client is a leading Asian developer with over 20 years of experience in large scale urban developments.  They are a public-listed company with strong investments in the region.  Due to continued growth, they are looking for a number of Project and Interior Design management; will be instrumental in spearheading and delivering their projects in China, Asia and oversea.

Project Manager / Project Director

• Review designs, drawings and specification so as to achieve optimum cost
• Ensure proper documentation for audit purposes in line with HQ policies
• Monitor and maintain the entire project and construction schedule
• Enforce good construction standards and quality control
• Manage a team of technical staff

 Interior Design Manager / Design Director

• Manage a team of interior designers to ensure design and quality in lines with company standard
• Plan and develop the entire conceptual design and schematic design
• Able to lead, supervise and manage various design projects across different projects and location
• Able to lead, supervise and manage all design stages including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction drawings and site supervision.
• Play a vital role in motivating and inspiring team members
• Ensure project schedule and budget is maintained and adhered

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree majoring in project management / interior design or relevant subjects
• Minimum 8 years of mixed-use, hospitality, high-end residential or commercial projects experience.
• Strong track record in delivering large-scale projects regionally and / or internationally
• High proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Strong leadership - demonstrates strong ability in leading the team
• Travel is required
