Job Responsibilities:

Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator (2 years experience or above) - Coordinate with design team; Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients; Managing multiple fitting out works and maintenance works; Responsible for project programming, progress monitoring, and on-site operation; To monitor & supervise the site progress and assure the quality and time. 

Interior Designer (4 years experience or above) - Prepare full set of design drawings, construction drawings and detail drawings; Develop initial design concept and prepare design material for presentation; Coordinate and liaise with clients, sub-contractors and project team member; On Site supervision and co-ordination, attend site meetings, project schedule preparation; Provide administrative and sales support to the company. 

Job Requirements:

• Good communication and site management skills (Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator)
• Knowledge in computer generated Illustrator, AutoCAD, Photoshop will be an advantage (Interior Designer)
• Handle correspondences both internally & externally
• Hard-working and strong sense of responsibility
• Knowledge in computer generated Illustrator, AutoCAD, Photoshop will be an advantage;
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is an advantage
• Able to work independently and under pressure
