Job Descriptions

• Maintain and repair facility electrical and mechanical operation systems including: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air condition, heating and ventilation, to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure health and safety regulation compliance and facilities function efficiently
• To advise solution on technical problem, investigate the cause of defect and oversee repair and maintenance
• To provide a professional, advisory and executive support services to the management team: assist in formulating strategic goals and plan for emergency, safety and security management
• Handle other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Property Management / Facility Management / Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in supervision of M&E works and team
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical details, and local construction practices.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
