What are we looking for:

• Liaise with internal parties, vendors and suppliers
• Provide full range of administrative support
• Assist and streamline the project progress
• Monitor shipping schedule to ensure on time delivery
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

What should you have:

• Minimum 2 years relevant project experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MsExcel, MsWord and MsPowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English.   Mandarin an advantage
• Ability to work independently, willing to work overtime and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Peasant, smart, proactive, meticulous, efficient, a good team player, responsible, self-motivated
• Good telephone manner, good problem solving and interpersonal skills
