Our client is a leading property developer, which projects are benchmark and prestige commercial complex, retail, shopping mall, office tower, hotel projects in China.

 Responsibilities:

• Lead the leasing team and handle full range of leasing enquiries and tenancy matters of the commercial properties in China
• Plan and implement for leasing strategies, any properties’ renovation or repositioning operation matters
• Conduct market research and tenant mix analysis
• Develop new tenants and maintain relationship with existing and potential tenants

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holder in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years in retail or commercial leasing
• experienced in large-scale or benchmark commercial shopping mall in China is preferable
• Good business acumen and strong retail network in PRC
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proactive, strong leadership skills and good interpersonal skills
