Responsibilities:

• In charge of renovation projects from the development, estimation and design phases, through implementation while keeping within schedules, specifications and budgets.
• Work with operations team on the project planning and monitoring, conduct regular site visit and prepare defect reports.
• Coordinate with internal parties and external contractors, vendors, designers and landlords for the renovation projects.

• Perform day-to-day repair and maintenance and office procurement duties.
• Carry out inventory management duties.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with minimum 5 years' solid working experience; preferably with experience in retail administration.
• Hands-on experiences in shop renovation / repair and maintenance is a must.

• Self-motivated, well-organized & willing to work under pressure;

• With good time management, attentive to details and able to work under pressure 
• Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
