Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design or related discipline.
• Specializing in office/commercial design projects preferred;
• Good computer knowledge in AutoCAD / 3D Max / Photoshop / Sketch Up.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin.
• Responsible, independent & creative.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer.
• Immediately available will be given priority.
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Create, organize and maintain design library and drafting standards.
• Preparation of full set presentation, including design concept, space planning for all layout & selection of materials.
• Preparation of design drawings, construction drawings and project schedule.
• Liaison and coordination with clients and sub-contractors.
• Project management including budget and quotation preparation, project time schedules, monitor construction progress, cost and quality.
