• Diploma holder or above in Product Design and related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant experience with a strong portfolio in ladies’ footwear and active wear, prior experience in local ladies’ footwear chain store is an added advantage
• Develop and design footwear with distinct character and unique appeal to discerning customers and able to create and develop seasonal trendy fashion line
• Work closely with technical and merchandising teams for product development
• Strong fashion, color and market sense and with creative mind. 
• Talent in shoes design and enthusiasm for new aspiration
• Strong PC skills in using both Photoshop and Freehand
• Fluent communicator in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
