Responsibilities:

• Assist to write up and editing texts/captions for exhibition, pamphlets, newsletters & publicity materials
• Proof-read documents, printed materials and graphic panels
• Conduct research, assist in gathering data, compiling research information
• Liaise with various community groups, organizations and school to promote  programs
• Assist in developing, coordinating and organizing activities or programs
• Hold activities for children and families when required

Requirements:

• Should be 2nd honor Degree & Major in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Arts Education / English / Chinese / Translation / Cultural Studies / Museology; Grade C or above in Chinese & Chinese Language in HKCEE or equivalent
• Min. 1 year working experience of which 6 months in local museum
• Strong oral & written communication, research and time management skills
• Good computer skills including Word (Chinese & English), Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator
