• Perform operation & maintenance support for data network
• Ensure NOC (Network Operation Center) quality at a 24 x 7 base
• Handle customer calls on service fault reports
• Investigate network problem and provide technical support for trouble shooting
  
  

The Requirement:

• Diploma or Certificates on Post-secondary educations or higher, related to  electronics, computer networking or telecommunications
• Good communication skills and fluent in English & Putonghua preferable
• Able to perform 24-hour shift duty
• Relevant working experience is an advantage, yet fresh graduates would also be considered.
