Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop procurement plans to support business operation;
- Execute the procurement plan and source suitable vendors;
- Evaluate quotations, conduct contract negotiation, select vendors and manage relationship with vendors;
- Review the procurement process, develop strategies and policies to maximize cost saving
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in direct procurement of electronic components
- Familiar with electronic manufacturing environment in Hong Kong and Mainland China;
- Comprehensive knowledge of costing evaluation and manufacturing production process;
- Sound experience in contract negotiation and development of strategies for improvement of procurement process;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility;
- Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Occasional travel to Mainland China may be required
