Responsibilities: 

• Develop procurement plans to support business operation;
• Execute the procurement plan and source suitable vendors;
• Evaluate quotations, conduct contract negotiation, select vendors and manage relationship with vendors;
• Review the procurement process, develop strategies and policies to maximize cost saving

  Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in direct procurement of electronic components
• Familiar with electronic manufacturing environment in Hong Kong and Mainland China;
• Comprehensive knowledge of costing evaluation and manufacturing production process;
• Sound experience in contract negotiation and development of strategies for improvement of procurement process;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility;
• Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Occasional travel to Mainland China may be required
